If by August 2022 Dangote oil refinery commences operation and everybody starts buying petrol from him, let no one accuse him of monopoly. Please blame your past and present federal government that could not build a new refinery or at least resuscitate the old ones in Warri, Port Harcourt and Kaduna. I love Dangote because he thinks and works ahead of time! He has been working on the refinery project for several years! I commend him for doing what the federal government could not do in the last 30 years!
