Always remember these
1) The past can't be changed.
There are many people in the world who are suffering from their own past. They can't manage to escape from their past experiences and losses. All the time when we try to do something great, our past failures come in our mind and we think that again this time I will face failure, so this fear of failure doesn't allow us to move toward success. If you don't leave your past in the past, it will destroy your future. Live for what today has to offer, not for what yesterday has taken away. So, keep in mind "Your past was never a mistake, If you learned from it" always try to learn great lessons from your past.
2) Opinions don't define your reality.
We are human and we all live in this world with many other people. We all depend upon others directly or indirectly. It means we are social animals. We can't live separately from this world and in our lives we hear many people's opinions about ourselves. These people may be our family members, maybe our friends, maybe our teachers and maybe common people that are living around us. Many times their opinions hurt us badly. The result of all this comes in this sense, we stop doing what we were doing or we stop doing what we like and start doing what we don't like and indefinitely this leads us to our own destruction. So the matter is that, our life, our life, how someone else can mold our life. Don't let someone else's opinion of you become your reality. You're the one who has to choose what you're going to do and what is better for you because people don't matter at all.
3) Everyone's destination is different.
I still remember when my thinking was totally the same as other common people. I used to say, why many of my friends succeeded in their life and I am still getting education, but after some time I realized that "Everyone's destination is different". In this world, time for succession is different for everyone, not all people get the same thing at the same time. There are many chances for you. Maybe there is something better reserved for you. The point is that never get disappointed in your life, keep going high and high, your destination will come. Life is a journey. When we stop, things don't go right.
4) Judgments are not about you.
People will never stop judging you. Even your closet friends will judge you because it's the nature of humans to judge others, whether it's positive judgments or negative judgments. So, we need to remember that these judgments are not for us. We shouldn't care about people's judgments. People will always be there to discourage you. This will not care about your struggles and achievement. Thus, don't care about judgmental statements of people and shock them with your success. If you make decisions based upon people's reactions or judgments, then you make really boring choices.
5) Over thinking will lead to sadness.
One of the topmost problems of the people of today's world is over thinking. Over thinking is an art of creating problems that don't even exist. When something bad happens in our life, we start thinking about it. That is not bad, but after sometimes we get trapped in those problems and incidents and start thinking over and over. This disturbs the peace of our mind and life and further we fall in the state of depression that kills us slowly and slowly. So crux is that, in all these types of situations, we should keep our minds calm and try to focus on new things and work that we have to do.
6) Happiness is found within.
We are all searching for happiness here and there in this world, but we should realize that the key to happiness is being happy by yourself and for yourself. You're the only person who can make yourself happy, always remember no one is there for you, everyone is struggling to deal with their own problems, no one is free in this busy world. If you think that someone will come and make you happy, this means you're lying to yourself because it's your responsibility to work for yourself, not anyone else. So, always search for happiness within yourself.
7) Your thoughts affect your mood.
There are two types of thoughts that come in your mind: negative and positive. Thoughts can build you or destroy you. Your mood and your behavior are also closely related to your thoughts. No matter how bad the situation is, your mood depends on your thoughts. If you take all the things positively, you find a better result and ultimately it will make your mood fresh and happy. If you think negatively, you will never solve your problems and this will make your mood bad and sad. So we can say that being positive is a secret to your happy mood.
8) Smiles are contagious.
" Smiles are free that you can give to everyone". A smile is worth it because it can make some happy just in the second. We saw many people, who always remain in an angry state and they smile rarely. We can also claim that that those type of people don't attract others and usually people keep themselves away from angry people. As a result, people lose their own happiness and think no one likes them. So, what we can do, we can smile. Smile, it's free therapy, it can cure your as well as other people's sadness and depression. Once mother Teresa said, "Peace Begins with a smile."
9) Kindness is free.
Kindness is also free, like a smile. There are some people who are born with this quality, but there are many people who become kind because of some incidents that happen in their life or their circumstances make them kind. Kind people are a real gem in this world because they feel the pain of others and try to help them according to their capacity. We can judge that clean hearted people attract more kind heated people than hard-hearted people. So, your kindness is directly related to your happiness and peace of mind. If you want to have a happy and peaceful life, be kind to others.
10) It's okay to let go and move on.
There are many things that we had in the past, but now we don't have the same like this. There are many people that were with us, but now they are not here. I know it's not easy to forget someone, there are a lot of memoires and feelings related with others thats why I am not going to say, forget someone because I believe that we can forget someone completely from our mind but we can let them go, If someone has gone from your life or want to go let him go because you can't stop anyone and you also have to move on, don't allow anyone to stop you. Again, I would say " People don't matter, your life matters."
11) What goes around, comes around.
This means you will attract what you do. If you do bad with someone else, bad will happen to you and if you do good with someone else, good will happen to you. Always try to do something better for humanity, always take care of the poor and orphans around you, don't hurt anyone with your action or with your tongue. In this way, you can also live a peaceful and happy life.
12) Things always get better with time.
Nothing is fixed in this world. If you're feeling down today, keep patience because it will pass, don't let anything down you. Many times things are not getting okay and this makes us hopeless and we start thinking negatively about all the things, we start hating ourselves and our lives too. This is not the solution. We should do hard work and wait for the best time to come because things will get better with time.
