FOOD AND HEALTH EASIEST WAY TO MAKE YOUR SHAWARMA BREAD AT HOME

Easiest way to make your shawarma bread at home,

Ingredients
5 cups of Flour
1 teaspoon of yeast
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
1cup of warm water

In a bowl pour in warm water, sugar, salt, yeast and then mix altogether.

Add your flour and butter and mix well, transfer to plain surface and knead for 5 mins.after kneading the dough, cover to rest for 20 minutes.

Then cut into pieces, roll into ball and cover for 10 mins.
Uncover after 10 mins and flatten each with your rolling pin

Pre heat the fry pan on a lower heat

Transfer the flatten dough into hot fry pan and bake for few mins and flip the other side also bake for few mins.remove from pan and leave to cool for some minutes then ready to serve.
