HOW TO MAKE DONKWA/TANFIRI

Ingredients:

1 cup of corn meal(roasted)

1 cup of pealed unsalted roasted groundnut or grinded groundnut.

1 Tsp chilli powder

2 Tbsp sugar

4 Tbsp of groundnut oil

4 Tbsp of water

Method of preparation:

1. Pour your corn meal in a blender, add the groundnut together with sugar, grinded pepper and blend all to a fine powder.

2. Pour into a wide plate and add a little water and oil then mix with whisk or by hand till well incorporated.

3. Use the back of your spoon and mash it then you transfer it to your hands and mold it into a ball shape.
