» NYAGANGWU THE FEMALE RULER
Just as the queen of Ethiopia & some other African countries where women have established themselves as rulers, the story of Nyagangwu is interesting been that the history of the female rulers began more than two centuries ago.
In a quiet village of Dimgeb popular known as Arnado Debbo(meaning female king in fulfulde) a village in Adamawa state, Nyagangwu Bintu Namda reigns as the traditional ruler of the community. She became the ruler of Arnado Debbo in 2014.
Arnado Debbo was a small community about four to five kilometers away from Ganye local government of Adamawa state. History believe that Nyagangwu (which was the title) Bintu Namda is the 16th on the throne since the first female ruler who blazed the trail about 246 years ago.
It is also believe men cannot rule the community. The ruler act as the traditional and spiritual leader of the community. We Africa Proud https://wap.org.ngAuthor: adex3g 8 months
