It makes us resilient and gives us a strong emotional ground to stand on.

4. Toxic relationships will make you physically ill.

Your blood pressure spikes when your partner walks in the room or forgets to put the dishes away.

5. There are 3 different attachment styles.

Secure
Anxious
Avoidant

Being with a partner that compliments your attachment style is a precursor to getting your needs met.

6. Anxious attachment styles spend a lot of time worrying about what their partner is doing.

They require constant love and for their partner to be available at all times.

7. Avoidant attachment styles value their independence more than the relationship.

9. An anxious should never date an avoidant. They won't communicate effectively and cannot meet each other's needs.
